The founder of the firm, the lawyer prof. Mario Cannata, has been a Judge and Public Prosecutor since 1967 to 1980,  in Milan and Rome. Since many years Cannata law firm has expanded its composition  with partners lawyers Matteo Pompei, Valentina Trovato and Isabella Moro,  who have grown professionally within their contributing -  with their commitment, their skills and their enthusiasm - to build the team spirit that characterizes the Firm and the vision that we want to share today.

The Firm also relies on the collaboration of Mr. Alessandro Lubello and others lawyers specialised in the field of criminal law, in particular white collar crime.

Recently, the team has also been joined by university professors, such as prof. avv. Fabrizio Piraino, professor of private law at the University of  Palermo and prof.avv . Daniele Piva, focused in 231/2002 law and compliance in general.
